**Chatham Tree Farm, LLC Terms and Conditions**

Chatham Tree Farm, LLC is not responsible for any injury or damage to plants that are beyond our control, nor for the viability of our plants once they leave the nursery.

**Pricing and Availability**

- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

- Prices listed are for wholesale trade only.

**Payment Terms**

- We accept cash, checks, or credit cards prior to shipment, unless credit has been established prior to purchase. Credit applications can be provided upon request.

- Overdue accounts are subject to a 3% monthly fee.

**Claims**

- Any claims must be made promptly upon receipt of the stock. We will not honor claims after the goods have been accepted or if a report is not made within 10 days of arrival. 

**Delivery Information**

- Delivery is available for both local and out-of-state purchases.

- Local deliveries within 55 miles of the nursery require a minimum order of $1,500.00 and a minimum freight charge of $200.00.

- Deliveries beyond 55 miles within North Carolina will be charged at $4.00 per loaded mile.

- All Out-of-state deliveries will be quoted separately for freight.

**Pick-Up Information**

- Pick-up is available from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

- To avoid delays, please place your order before arriving and allow our team time to prepare it for you.

**Nursery Hours**

- Monday - Friday: 

  - 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

  - 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Note - The nursery is closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
